Frequently asked questions
Is spierstuk the same as knuckle?
On this site spierstuk is the name for the knuckle (thick flank). Cut names differ between markets, so tell us the name and use you have in mind and we confirm the cut in the quotation.
Can you supply beef carcasses for export?
Carcass and quarter shipments depend on the destination's import rules and on available transport. We check each route before quoting; boxed primals and cuts are often the more practical option for long-distance export.
