Boneless beef trimmings with a 90/10 lean-to-fat ratio, the standard raw material for minced beef, burgers, kebab and sausages. Packed in poly-lined cartons, chilled or frozen; the measuring method and tolerance are fixed in the commercial specification of each order.

What does 90/10 mean?
About 90% lean meat and 10% fat. Whether it is measured as visual lean or chemical lean (CL) is agreed in the specification.
Can you supply beef carcasses for export?
Carcass and quarter shipments depend on the destination's import rules and on available transport. We check each route before quoting; boxed primals and cuts are often the more practical option for long-distance export.
