Frequently asked questions
What is PSMO?
PSMO stands for 'peeled, side muscle on': the silverskin is removed but the side strap stays attached. Fully trimmed tenderloin has both removed and a higher price per kilo.
Can you supply beef carcasses for export?
Carcass and quarter shipments depend on the destination's import rules and on available transport. We check each route before quoting; boxed primals and cuts are often the more practical option for long-distance export.
